Elite Puffle Glitch?

Hey guys!I saw a little bug on my non-member penguin earlier...I was able to get the Flare!Now,the penguin I was on is NOT a member!But,I could still get Flare!BUG!BUG!I really like this bug,but CP needs to fix it.
